Benefits of Sports
Regular exercise brings so much more to our lives than just physical fitness.
People all ages and abilities do benefit from regular physical activities on many different levels of life.
It is never to late and it is never better time to join the sports club, sign up with the gym or simply start running or exercising with "YouTube" than
RIGHT NOW.
Starting it at the young age helps children to develop more confidence, discipline, focus and imagination. It gives them good start, teaches them how to deal with difficulties and helps them develop new skills and discover they strengths. It gives kids great foundation to build on their future lives and creates a habits that makes it easier to follow up in later stages.
Here is some of the regular exercise benefits to our bodies that comes to my mind:

manual skills,

balance and coordination,

I strongly believe that all physical benefits are greatly chained and are the top of an iceberg of all benefits to our brain and social lives abilities like:

self-esteem,

mental flexibility,

adjustment to circumstances,

performing under pressure ,
-
focus and concentration,
-
creativity and imagination,
-
goal achievement mindset,

never give up attitude,

healthy competetiveness and respect to others,

better social interaction and comunication skills,..

Talking from my own experience; training martial arts also teaches us more about our self awareness and gives us the self defence skills that are giving
an extra edge in control of situation and composing our selves to outside world.
​
As a Martial artist, fighter and instructor I've experienced great improvement on physical and mental strength of kids and adults with various diagnosed illnesses like; autism, schizophrenia, low self esteem, depression, asthma, obesity, body posture problems, long time injuries and much more...
​
Each one of those benefits and many more thet I haven't mentioned are probably great subject for seperate articles that we are definitelly going to follow up on.
​
But best way to learn more is to give yourself and your kids a chance, join good, passionate club or instructor, experience your own improvements and share them with others.
