Benefits of Sports

Regular exercise brings so much more to our lives than just physical fitness.

People all ages and abilities do benefit from regular physical activities on many different levels of life.

It is never to late and it is never better time to join the club, sign up with the gym or simply start running or exercising with "YouTube" than RIGHT NOW.

Starting it at the young age helps children to develop more confidence, discipline, focus and imagination. It gives them good start, teaches them how to deal with difficulties and helps them develop new skills and discover they strengths.  It gives kids great  foundation to build on their future lives and creates a habit that makes it easier to follow it up in their further lives.

OUR STORIES

Aliyah, 17
Hayes

"Im a young teenage girl who is what you’ll call a “tom- boy”.

I love being active and so I decided to join my brothers with Thai boxing as I used to do martial arts and found it very enjoyable and helpful. "

Vedant, 16
Southall

"I began training roughly two years ago as a hobby. At first my physical capabilities let me down as i suffer from asthma and therefore i was unable to take part in intense physical activities and never thought of competing as a fighter."

Louis, 15

Shepherd's Bush

"My name is Louis, I am 15 years old and I started training with GMMA about a year and a half ago. I remember walking into my first Thai boxing class and immediately being welcomed and introduced by one of the senior students in the class."
